Your credit card will be charged as soon as your reservation can be confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable Koka Lagoon Cruises will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.
Should the tour be cancelled by the tour operator due to adverse weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Any refunds will be confirmed in writing by email and will be less bank charges/ cc surcharges.
24 hours notice of cancellation required for refund. However, if there are any changes on the day, or someone is ill, please do notify us, we may have a standby list with which we can fill your booking and provide a refund (with 25% cancellation fee), or a reschedule subject to managers discretion. Otherwise 100% cancellation fee for no shows.
